Changmei Technology Company has 67 national technology patents, including 8 invention patents, 26 scientific and technological achievements, and 1 provincial science and technology award. Published 16 enterprise standards, participated in the formulation of 1 industry standard, and participated in the formulation of 4 national standards. Changmei Technology was awarded the first batch of "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" small giant enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2019.
The company's testing and experimental center obtained the National CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate in 2021, indicating that Shaanxi Changmei Technology Company's testing and experimental center has the testing capabilities recognized by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC). At present, the testing center has 62 instruments and equipment, which can conduct single item testing of 82 products including railway and rail transit system vibration reduction and noise reduction series products, insulation protection products, fastener integrated systems, and nylon, polyester elastic pads, polyurethane vibration reduction pads, rubber pads, etc. There are currently 8 employees, including 6 with a college degree or above, 1 with a master's degree, and 1 with a doctoral degree. Among them, there are 2 beginners, 5 intermediate level students, and 1 advanced level student. All have participated in professional training such as certification/accreditation by testing and inspection institutions and obtained certificates, possessing the qualifications for employment.
